Group Classes:

Tae Kwon Do

We offer Traditional and Olympic Style Tae Kwon Do Classes for children
and adults.  Tae Kwon Do is the traditional martial art of Korea and has
evolved to become of of the most exciting combative sports in the world.   
We teach traditional Ji Do Kwan style Tae Kwon Do which consists of
Striking, Throwing and Grappling techniques as well as meditation
philosophy, language and realistic self-defense.  For those interested in
competition, we provide instruction in WTF Style Tae Kwon Do which is a
fully recognized Olympic sport.

Conquest Athletics Inc. is a recognized member of USA Tae Kwon Do,
the official governing body of sport Tae Kwon Do in the United States.


Hybrid Wrestling

Hybrid Wrestling is our blend of various grappling arts.  We currently only
offer classes for teenagers and adults. The class combines Freestyle
Wrestling, Submission Wrestling, Judo, Brazilian Ju-Jitsu,  and Striking
Techinques from Mauy Thai and Tae Kwon Do.  Students will learn
various methods of take downs, throws, joint locks, and submissions.  
The primary focus of these classes is competition, however, it is a great
form of self defense, and a great workout.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Workout

MMA workout is a mixture of martial arts, wrestling and cardio techniques
focused of conditioning, not competition.  This is a “non contact” class
and is geared toward anyone that wants to workout.  Please note that
this is not a “cardio kickboxing” class, or an aerobics class.  These are
the same workouts that competive martial artist do to get into shape
before a fight.  We currently offer these classes for teenagers and adults
only.

Yoga

This art form developed of thousands of years.  Today Yoga is practiced
throughout the world a for releving stress, relaxation, increased health
benefits and gaining a sense of inner peace.  Our Yoga program is for
anyone from the beginner to the advanced and is offered to both
teenagers and adults.



Other Services:

Private Lessons

Private Lessons are available for a variety of topics including Tae Kwon
Do, Hybrid Wrestling, Yoga, Self-Defense, and Fight Conditioning. This is
a great way to review traditional form, work on new poses, or get
individual attention with you workout routine.  Pricing is on an hourly
basis, and varies with the topic.

Group Workshops

A group of friends or co-works want to learn something fun and useful!
Get Together and plan a Private Workshop.  We do workshops for small
groups on any topic and form it to fit your needs.  These workshops are
generally 2 or more hours and can be held at our location or yours.

Children’s Workshops

We offer a variety of children focused workshops.  Topic covered
include, kidnapping prevention, bully defense and stranger awareness
skills.  These workshops are often held in school or  during after school
programs, but are available anywhere.

Corporate Workshops/Seminars

Companies often want to offer there employees something outside of the
regular company picnic. We offer an extensive list of 3 hour, 6 hour and
8 hour corporate training for companies that want something more for
their employee’s.  Here we will create an personalized a program for your
company, and give you a breakdown of the workshop in advance.  Most
often these workshops include basic warm up, stretching, realistic self-
defense concepts, meditation, and team building exercises.
